An astute client had ideas what he wanted for his condominium remodel. Steve worked with him in achieving his objectives. One was to open up the galley type kitchen and make the counter wall adjoining the living room a half wall with different 45 degree angles. Another idea was to have beamed ceilings throughout the condominium, following the angles of the kitchen and continuing into the dining room and living room areas.
