This is an old house that is located in a small nestled community of Shady Banks, off of Davie Rd, just east of I-95. Although not in all that great shape, it was bought by a real estate investor as a renovate and flip project. The original house was built in the 1920′s as a small two bedroom, one bath house. Over the years a carport, master bedroom and rear laundry room were illegally built. These encroached the side property setback line and therefore had to be demolished. A new addition was put on the back including a nice master ensuite with WIC, an enlarged kitchen and laundry room.
