This is a contemporary house Steve designed when he was at New England Institute Of Technology. This demonstrates another style of residential architecture. The front roof portions are octagon shaped. The windows for most part, have transoms, with the front having eyebrow arched transoms. This was designed to be a flex-plan. The bedroom before the master suite has two entries, one to the hallway, the other leading directly to the master, to be used as a reading retreat, exercise room or a nursery. There is a separate utility area at the back of the garage with its own side entry, to accommodate bicycles, strollers and garbage cans, without interfering with actual car spaces.
