A congregation through their Pastor approached Steve to design a new Church on a piece of property they had put a conditional offer on. He took note on everything they wanted, including Day Care and Religious Preschool, Offices, Gift Shop and a combination Sanctuary and Social Hall with stage. He also did their site plan including parking, leaving every tree in tact that was greater than 5 inches in diameter. Upon due diligence and research, Steve found their was a site drainage problem that would have been costly to resolve, thereby giving grounds for the congregation to rescind their offer and get their deposit back.
