A Pediatric Doctor bought an office condominium park on Boynton Beach Blvd. The west building is kept as a medical office center, but he wanted to convert the East and Central buildings from rental offices to a Day Care Center. Each class room, depending on the age of the child had to have certain requirements. These included sizes of toilets and change tables, no. of teachers per classroom (dictating parking spaces) and even the square footage of playground area off each classroom required for each child. Unfortunately the owner was not able to get the financing he needed.
