The owner here had a typical 1960′s built, split bedroom plan. It was off Bayview Rd, backing onto a canal. He found the house small and other than the Dining Room, the rest of the back of the house only had small bedroom windows. A second storey addition including extra bedrooms and loft was planned. The Master suite was enlarged to include a larger walk in and, his and her separate bathrooms, with the his bath also doubling as a cabana bath. Extensive use of glass windows and doors was used to take advantage of the back view. The front was totally redesigned, as can be seen on the before and after photos.
