This is also a one storey house that backs onto a major canal in Dania Beach. Besides a sideways carport, the only window in the front is from a bedroom. Here too, there are only small windows from the kitchen and bedrooms. The owner, a building contractor, wanted to have a complete 2nd storey addition including a large master bedroom ensuite, 2 more bedrooms, a library and a billiards loft. The downstairs was totally redesigned with a lot of french doors placed around. The exterior, now being a 2 storey, was totally redesigned, especially the front. The project was dropped when the owner learned of a possible expansion to Fort Lauderdale Airport.
